Long term full time Zendesk Agent required
Andrea told us she could commit but then cancelled after the first week of training, which was supposed to be 4 weeks. Really really dissapointing. I would NOT hire Andrea again.

I’ll review your store’s branding and tone guidelines. If you don’t have anything documented yet, I’ll simply ask if you prefer a casual, semi-formal, or formal tone so we stay aligned from the start.
Learn about your products and services
I’ll study everything I need to know about your business and offerings so I can confidently answer customer questions. If you already have an FAQ or help doc, that will be super helpful but f not, I’d be happy to help you create one as we go.
