I’m an expert sales tech stack builder for startups that haven’t hired a CRM admin or rev/sales ops professional. If you have a CRM admin or sales ops person, often times they don’t “think” like an SDR, and thus create friction in the day-to-day user interface.

Sales/CRM ops is a messy world and nobody wants to spend the time reading Knowledge Base articles trying to figure out how to map HubSpot or Salesforce with all of the sales tools they’ve invested into. Furthermore, Customer Success and Professional Services / Implementation teams only go so far, often leaving their new customers to fend for themselves.

I work exclusively with Sales and Marketing Leaders + CRM Admins to uncover their current process, identify the most efficient process, and build out an easy and seamless work environment for their SDR/BDR teams + sales teams. All processes are mapped out, documented, and videos provided for future reference.

I am most effective with HubSpot, Clay.com, Apollo.io, Amplemarket, Orum and several other SaaS tools. The overall concepts are the same with any of these tools.

After you become a client, I am available any time for future assistance or to make adjustments so long as the scope of work is less than 3 hours.

I also provide SDR Manager coaching and training. Often times, SDR Managers lack the proper training to develop and grow their skillsets. SDR Managers are often promoted without much training. I help identify what matters for reporting and how to make the reporting process as easy and seamless as possible while building their technical skillset.
