You will get an HVAC-first FrontCrew AI reception workflow configured around your services, area, hours, policies, and escalation rules. Avery can answer approved inbound calls, disclose AI use, qualify need, location, and urgency, apply safety-sensitive routing, and—in Growth or Pro—prepare connected-calendar booking and consented confirmations.
I will map your call flow, configure prompts and routing, validate it in the simulator, and deliver a summary of the approved workflow. Live calling is enabled only after pilot approval and required phone/calendar setup. This Upwork project covers configuration and onboarding; any ongoing FrontCrew subscription, telecom usage, or third-party fees are separate and disclosed before activation. Maya (Sales) and Leo (Follow-up) are not included unless explicitly agreed as a controlled pilot.
