I help property managers, landlords, and real estate investors manage day-to-day operations for short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental portfolios. My focus is on keeping properties organized, tenants satisfied, maintenance issues resolved, and financial records accurate.
I have hands-on experience with Buildium, AppFolio, Rent Manager, DoorLoop, and other property management platforms. I support the full leasing cycle, including tenant screening, leasing coordination, lease renewals, move-in coordination, move-out coordination, rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and tenant communication.
As a Maintenance Coordinator, I manage maintenance requests from start to finish by creating work orders, assigning vendors, scheduling repairs, following up with tenants, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion. I also assist with vendor management, property inspections, turnover coordination, and HOA violations while maintaining accurate records within the property management system.
On the accounting side, I support property accounting functions including rent tracking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, owner statements, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and financial reporting. I help property managers maintain clean records and stay on top of day-to-day financial operations.
I also have experience supporting Section 8 properties by coordinating inspections, tracking compliance requirements, and assisting with documentation and communication between tenants, vendors, and housing authorities.
