This project focuses on providing reliable remote backend support for customer service operations, helping businesses maintain smooth, timely, and professional customer communication.
I supported the client by handling non-frontline customer service tasks, allowing their core team to focus on direct customer interactions. Key responsibilities included managing customer inquiries from multiple channels, organizing and updating customer records, processing requests and follow-ups, and ensuring all issues were accurately tracked and resolved.
Working remotely, I coordinated closely with the client to follow their service standards and workflows, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times. Where required, I leveraged my China-based support team to handle larger volumes efficiently while remaining fully accountable for quality control and communication.
This project helped improve response efficiency, reduce operational workload, and maintain a well-organized customer support system behind the scenes.
