I've also handled multi-entity accounting across parent companies and their subsidiaries, including intercompany accounting, out-of-state entities, and year-end 1099 preparation for large subcontractor bases. On the real estate side, I work with real estate agents and brokerages. Performing agent commission tracking, escrow reconciliation, trust account compliance, and monthly financial close.
I also offer financial coaching for individuals and small business owners who want to get their personal finances under control by building a realistic budget, creating a credit card payoff plan, understanding high-yield savings accounts, and learning how to set money aside to start investing.
