You will get CAQH re-attestation done right, every 120 days
Rising Talent

Project details
Every payer-enrolled provider has to re-attest their CAQH profile every 120 days (180 in Illinois) or risk falling out of network status, delayed claims, and credentialing holds. Most solo providers have no one tracking that clock, and it's easy to miss between patients.
I handle CAQH re-attestation and profile upkeep for solo physicians, therapists, NPs, and small group practices. I work in medical billing and revenue cycle data daily (NPPES records, 835 remittances, payer credentialing files), so I know these systems, not learning them on your job.
What I do: log in to your CAQH ProView account (with credentials you control), review every section for expired or soon-to-expire items (license, DEA, malpractice insurance, work history gaps), correct what's outstanding, and complete the attestation. You get a written summary of what was checked, what was changed, and your next re-attestation due date.
This is a credentialing data service, not legal or medical advice, and it does not include new payer enrollment applications (see FAQ). If you want someone reliable watching your CAQH clock instead of finding out from a denied claim, this is that.

About Akken
Medical Billing & RCM Systems | Denials, Eligibility, Credentialing
Redwood City, United States - 9:17 pm local time
I build AI automations for medical billing and RCM companies. Before this I spent years on the payer side of healthcare, working directly with claims data, prior auth, 835s/ERAs, and coding audits. I've built claims-analysis engines that process thousands of records against CMS coding rules. I know your industry from the inside, not from a Zapier tutorial.
What I build for billing companies:
→ Denial follow-up systems that watch your worklists, pull payer reasons, and queue prioritized appeals instead of letting AR age out
→ Eligibility and claim-status automations that replace hours of daily portal-checking and phone calls
→ Credentialing and enrollment trackers that babysit CAQH and payer portals so nothing lapses
→ Client reporting that assembles itself monthly instead of eating a staff day
Tools: n8n, Make, Zapier, Python, OpenAI/Claude APIs. For anything touching PHI, I build inside your systems under a BAA, so your data never leaves your control.
Outside healthcare, I also take on well-specified builds — document templates and generators, scrapers, small internal tools. Fixed price per deliverable, spec agreed up front.
Every hour of manual work I remove goes straight to your margin, since you bill a percentage of collections. Send me a message and tell me the most repetitive thing your team did this week. I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating.
