I will clean and validate your Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets data so it is consistent, documented, and ready for analysis, reporting, or import.
Unlike basic data entry, every package includes three client-ready deliverables:
• A cleaned and organized spreadsheet
• A QA validation log showing each issue, original value, action taken, and status
• A before-and-after summary covering row counts, duplicates, missing values, corrections, and unresolved items
I can standardize dates, numbers, categories, capitalization, and spacing; identify duplicates; flag missing or invalid values; and apply agreed validation rules. Standard and Advanced packages include deeper cross-column or multi-sheet checks, with formula review available where included.
