My work included process creation, training procedures, QA documentation, SOPs, CRM support, SEO, website optimization, and regulated communication. I also worked closely with the legal department and gained valuable experience in quality-focused business operations under GACP/GMP guidelines.
I was later selected to work with the sister company in Portugal, where I supported both B2B marketing improvement and operational development. On the commercial side, I worked with positioning, segmentation, CRM, SEO, and customer communication for the edible herb business. On the operations side, I helped build processes, documentation, training systems, and quality structures connected to organic cannabis production and certification work.
After this, I was headhunted by Danish entrepreneurs to help start CannabisVikings A/S in Thailand. As one of four founders, I helped build the company from the ground up, including facility setup, hiring, staff training, workflow creation, SOPs, QA documentation, marketing/sales support, and operational systems. The company grew into a stable business with 20+ employees and a functioning operational structure.
