Hired Mehboob to work with the development team who were not organised and he used his experience and brought them on track so that they work on Jira and the team> The development team was difficult and would miss deadlines but they eventually started using Jia and the last sprint he did not charge me when it was delayed until the sprint is completed. After the experience working with the development team we decide to move to milestone based payment. I would recommend him and would hire him again.!!
