Cold calling assistant Alia a des bonnes competences en Cold calling. J'ai passé beaucoup de temps avec elle pour lui expliquer le projet. Quand elle a bien compris le mandat et les objectifs, entre autres sur les conditions de paiement des milestones, au lieu de refuser le projet, elle a continuer, mais au final, elle n'a pas pu livrer à temps. Elle n'avait juste pas le temps de travailler. Les log du CRM indique plusieurs journées où elle n'a pas fait aucun appel et d'autres journées avec quelques appels par jour. Cela demontre le serieux et la rigueur avec laquelle Alia travaille. Je suis sur Upwork depuis presque 10 ans et je n'ai jamais eu de problemes avec des freelancers, jusqu'a ce que je fait affaires avec Alia.
