Is your CRM full of "To-Do" tasks from last month? Most small businesses start a CRM with high hopes, but then it gets messy, leads get forgotten, and the data becomes useless. I’m here to be the daily engine that keeps your CRM clean and useful.
I don’t just "type in names." I act as your operational partner. Drawing from my experience at Untapped Potentials, I look for the small errors that others miss—like duplicate entries, missing phone numbers, or leads that haven't been contacted in a week. While I’m finishing my data analysis studies at Nexford, I apply that same technical "detective" focus to your daily records.
What I will do for you every day:
Input new leads from your emails or website into HubSpot or Salesforce.
Update deal stages so you know exactly where your money is.
Clean up formatting (capitalizing names, fixing address errors).
Set "Follow-up" tasks for your sales team so no lead goes cold.
You focus on the big meetings; I’ll make sure the data behind those meetings is 100% accurate.
