Project for Sajib - Various Tasks as Assigned
I have worked with Sajib off and on since 2018. Previously, he did a great job, and was always ready to do the projects that were assigned.
Recently, I assigned him a new project, and for some reason after almost 30 days the project was not completed, and no work has been delivered. The project was assigned on February 24th, and as of March 20th, nothing has been done. This was only a 10 hour project, and in almost 30 days, he could not complete it.
On March 7th I sent him a message stating it has been 10 days since the project was assigned, and I had not received any updates or work from him. The same day he replied, stating he would have it done the next day, March 8th. On March 14th, I sent another message since I had not heard from him, and it had been another week, and still no work ha been completed. He did not reply to my last message from a week ago. So today I messaged him, and canceled the contract.
I am saddened to see such a long ongoing relationship end like this. If there was an issue completing the project, better communication is all that I expected.
