2. Statutory Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date statutory compliance and ensure timely renewal of necessary documents.
- Submit all taxes on a monthly basis as per deadlines, maintaining well-organized supporting documentation.
- Issue monthly pay slips to employees and engage external tax consultants as required.
- Manage human resources accounting tasks, including payroll management, PAYE taxes, and compliance with regulatory authorities such as KRA, NHIF, and NSSF.
