* Process: Researching, querying, planning (using MS Excel and formulas), implementing, checking, and testing
* This job involves working with alphanumeric codes that correspond to medicines and plans. It demands critical and analytical thinking to work on a large database with such codes given the complexity.


II. Customer Service Representative (Email Support) - Lyft, a ride-hailing company in the US
