If your database has years of duplicate records, inconsistent entries, or permissions nobody remembers granting, I can fix that. I have direct, hands-on experience working inside Blackbaud products, including Raiser's Edge, Education Edge, and Education Management, along with Excel, Google Sheets, and general CRM platforms.
This is work I genuinely enjoy: finding duplicate records, standardizing messy fields, setting up roles and permissions correctly, and building reports that give you a clear, accurate view of your data.
