Being your Truck Dispatcher, I'll be doing dedicated dispatching for your drivers/owner-operators. Services included in this Project are as follow:

To negotiate with the broker
To fill out the carrier packets and all other paperwork i.e. ratecon and invoicing

-Dispatching for Box Trucks (20ft,24ft,26ft,28ft), Hotshots, PO (Power Only), Reefer, Flatbed, and Dry Van.
-Route Plannig for OTR and Local (regional) drivers/owner operators according to their preferences and make them off to home every weekend.
-Finding High Paying loads using DAT, Truckersedge, Sylectus, Truckstop and others.
-Negotiation with the brokers to get maximum rate for GOOD weekly gross.
-Handling documentation and filling out carrier packets.
-To keep the driver updated about the requirements of broker and receiver.
-Having the broker/shipper posted about the driver's ETA to PU-DEL and tracking.
-One call away support to the driver till the successful delivery of load so that all agreements be made on time.
-Data Entreis in the record keeping ebook, 24/7 visible to client (will also be provided every weekend in pdf form for free)
-Any occasional or situational compensation in favor of driver if occur (i.e Detention fee, Layover fee, Tonu)
Can also work on commission basis i.e. 4% for box truck, hotshot and 3.5% for Dry Van, Reefer, PO and Flatbed.

Client's daily or weekly reviewing
The client will update the dispatcher about the preferred lanes on a daily or weekly basis.
