Virtual Assistant for Social Media Manager and Content Creations We have been Leige's primary client since she began on Upwork when she had no earnings or clients. We gave her an opportunity to work on several projects all of which didn't achieve the expected outcomes. She's pleasant to work with and hardworking so we decided to use her again. However her lack of experience in social media marketing proved to be an obstacle. Her availability and dedication is also questionable because the last project was abruptly ended by her as we began to see progress for our efforts. This left us no choice but to begin searching for another freelancer. Her reasons were because the work was more than she can handle although she agreed to the expectations of the contract. We would recommend her as a team member but not the leader of your social media strategy especially if its a new project. Alot of guidance is required and often that guidance isnt followed.
