About Soledad
Data Entry | QA Testing | Back Office | 15 yrs DirecTV
Avellaneda, Argentina - 4:56 pm local time
I've spent 15 years doing exactly that. At DirecTV, I worked extensively with CRMs and internal knowledge bases: validating and correcting customer records, managing field technician scheduling, processing ownership transfers, address changes, and billing updates. Accuracy wasn't optional — bad data meant failed visits and unhappy customers. I learned to catch inconsistencies before they became problems.
I also completed two rounds of functional testing during system implementation cycles: verifying that new tools worked as documented, reporting bugs with evidence, tracking resolution, and flagging improvements based on how things actually worked in production. I have a QA Testing certification (2023) that formalized what I had already been doing in practice.
Beyond that, I built the digital backbone for a family business from scratch — a 300-product catalog structured in Google Sheets (with images) that feeds a Looker Studio visual catalog with photos, descriptions, and pricing. On top of that, I designed a separate tracking spreadsheet covering sales, costs, products, and customers — all structured to be easy to update and actually useful day to day.
What I bring to your project:
Data entry, validation, and cleanup (spreadsheets, CRMs, databases)
Back-office task management: organizing files, folders, records, and workflows
Functional/manual QA: testing against requirements and documenting what's off
Process following and improvement — I don't just execute, I notice when something could work better
Independent work: I manage my time, flag blockers early, and don't need hand-holding
Tools I work with: Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms, Gmail), Looker Studio, Notion, Canva, CRM platforms, knowledge bases
Certifications: QA Testing (2023) · WordPress Development — UTN (2021) · UX Design — Google/Coursera (in progress)
Detail-oriented, methodical, and structured. I work best when there's a clear goal — and I'll let you know if something doesn't add up.
