There was a lot of communication and SOPs provided but the work was not completed with timing or quality expectations. Clear SOPs provided for certain top priority tasks but many mistakes and failure to adhere to the written directions. Work was completed at very odd hours and makes us believe perhaps there is some secondary outsourcing happening. Our other contractors achieve the same goals with a fraction of the time it took this contractor, ie. one day vs. two weeks.
