Service, Sales and Admin Support. Karicely is a really kind and receptive person. She is a quick learner and has so much potential. Unfortunately after a week of training. She came in one day and left unexpectedly. No heads up just was unable to complete the work or the training for the day. She also informed me the day after she will no longer be able to finish the contract. Advance notice would have been nice and professional. I do appreciate her communicating that with us. Other than that, I do recommend her when it comes to her skillset.
