For the past year, I've worked as an Executive Assistant in North Zone pharma sales operations, building the MIS reporting infrastructure for a multi-region sales team — region-wise and product-wise sales analysis workbooks with live formulas, budget/achievement tracking, and automated DCR (daily call report) processing pulled from raw system exports. I know what it's like to be handed inconsistent, half-formatted data and need something a sales team can actually act on by Monday morning.
