This includes triaging incoming patient messages, routing clinical questions to the right provider, drafting non clinical responses for provider review or send, managing refill requests and document lab results notifications and flagging time sensitive messages that need same day attention.
My clinical background (BSc Medical Biotechnology, prior laboratory and lecturing experience) means I can recognize clinical urgency in patient language, not just sort by keyword, so nothing gets buried in growing inbox.
