I have been an Administrative Assistant of at Cosmetics company . My main task is to manage the activities of Facebook fanpage, E-commerce sites (Tiki, Lazada, Shopee...) such as decor the store, check the stock, create & register sales promotion, live chat, support and consult for customers and training. Before that, I worked at an Real Estate company where I worked as Sales executive and Administrative Assistant about renting office and event venues. And while I really enjoyed the work that I did, I’d love to find more jobs to have a new challenge in my career and to take advantage of free-time.
I got 4 years experience in office operation and administration, customer service, customer support and 2 years experience in E-commerce management such as Tiki, Lazada, Shopee.... In addition to this experience, I gained others skills such as data entry, product listing, copy paste typing, customer support through live chat and email support... I also bring to the table strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel.. I’m active. I’m rather serious, persistent and I can quickly catch up learn of jobs.
