I hired Veranika to set up Claude-powered email flows and help digitize part of my customer experience. The whole engagement was a letdown.
Up front she promised a lot. What I got was very little. For more than four weeks she kept telling me deliverables were coming, and they never arrived. When I raised it, she asked for a chance to make things right and said she would come back with the work. I took that seriously and spent hours pulling together context, requirements, and the specific changes that were needed. None of it went anywhere.
Over the course of almost two months I followed up close to ten times. Most of those messages went unanswered. The deliverables I was promised were never delivered. The only things I received were raw Claude outputs, which I recognized immediately since I work in AI. There was no real work built on top of them, no tailoring, nothing that reflected the context I had handed over.
Communication was poor throughout, and expectations were never set or managed. One call was also concerning for a different reason: she appeared to be under the influence, which made an already frustrating situation feel unprofessional.
I can't recommend working with her. If you value clear communication, met deadlines, and actual deliverables, look elsewhere.
