I designed a fully automated employee leave
management system using Zapier and Airtable
that eliminated manual leave tracking and
miscalculation entirely.
I built and managed a project tracking
system across three separate brands under
one client in Notion, so every brand's
active work, waiting items and items needing
attention were visible in one login. No more
chasing updates across scattered channels or
asking the team what is happening where. I
build the same structure in ClickUp or
Mondaycom depending on what a client already uses.
I document SOPs for every recurring process
I touch, written so anyone on the team can

I built a relational spreadsheet system
tracking three separate brands in one master
sheet, with a filter that switches instantly
between single brand and combined views.
