I will analyze the product requirements you provided, to initiate the research on vendors/manufacturers for product sourcing based on your tech packs or reference data.
Channelize the Communication with the Vendor/Manufacturer
After Evaluating Potential Manufacturers, will start communication with suppliers, conduct negotiations, get prices with MOQs, and Prepare a comparison report to take the go-ahead from your end to make a contract with the best manufacturer.
