Managed end-to-end Shopify store operations for D2C ecommerce brands — from product catalog and storefront merchandising to payment/shipping configuration and order fulfillment. Implemented GA4/GTM ecommerce tracking and built Looker Studio dashboards to monitor conversion funnels, AOV, and retention metrics. Set up Klaviyo/Mailchimp lifecycle email flows to support customer retention, and automated repetitive workflows using n8n and API integrations to connect Shopify with marketing and CRM tools — reducing manual data entry across systems.
