As a Senior Agile Business Analyst and Product Manager for SaaS, B2B, and B2C products, I help founders build their vision from 0 → 1 by defining and managing requirements, backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization (MoSCoW); delivering user research, competitive analysis, market research, user journeys, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria; and more.
Then, I move into QA Analyst work to test and validate releases against requirements and specifications. This includes creating test cases and edge cases, reporting bugs, running cross-platform testing (web, iOS, Android), and performing UAT, functional, UX, and performance testing.
Finally, I move into technical writing, creating API documentation, building knowledge bases with AI chatbot integration, writing release notes, user guides, and how-to articles, designing annotated screenshots with callouts, and producing demo and walkthrough videos.
As a T-shaped engineer with a primary role as an Agile Business Analyst and Product Manager, plus experience as a QA Analyst and Technical Writer, I’m confident I can help you with the following:
🧰 MAIN ROLE: Senior Agile Business Analyst | SaaS & B2B Product Manager
● Business Analysis & Planning: Understand your idea and high-level requirements. Draft market research, competitive analysis, requirements, scope, and UX research. Draft BRDs and PRDs, and use AI to accelerate documentation so I spend less time writing and more time on strategy, prioritization, and validation.
● Product Management: Define the MVP and roadmap. Create the backlog. Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, prioritization, validations, and data mapping. Create UX wireframes and sketches, and map user flows and journeys.
● Requirements Engineering & Designing: Designing UML diagrams (use case, sequence, activity, context, ERD, DFD), BPMN (levels 1-3), and flowcharts. Support architecture engineers by creating technical and cloud architecture diagrams. Draft high-level and low-level design documents.
✍️ T-SHAPED ROLE: Technical Writer | API Documentation | Knowledge Bases | Walkthrough & Demo Videos
● Technical Writing & Documentation: Write API and developer documentation using a docs-as-code approach (Mintlify, ReadMe, GitBook, etc.). Build knowledge bases and help centers (Intercom, Notion, GitBook, MkDocs, etc.), including AI chatbot integrations. Create how-to articles, user guides, and release notes in weeks, not months.
● Walkthrough & Demo Videos: Create screencasts, feature demos, and walkthrough videos with AI voiceover, callouts, screen recording, on-screen text, and zoom effects.
🪲 T-SHAPED ROLE: QA Analyst | Test Engineer
● QA vs Requirements Validation: Validate new releases against requirements 1:1, flag mismatches, draft AI-assisted test cases to cover gaps, create UAT test plans, and share them with the dev team.
● Manual & Cross-Platform Testing: Perform manual, cross-platform testing across iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux, and web (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Brave). Draft AI-assisted test cases and create bug reports (Sequence ID, Title, Description, Priority, Test Status, Progress Status, Test Steps, Expected Result, Screenshots/Recorded Videos).
⚒️ My Tools
I use Notion, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday, Slack, Miro, Figma, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Draw io, Lucidchart, Visio, FigJam, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Swagger, ReadMe, GitBook, Intercom, MkDocs, Nextra, and Fumadocs.
Let’s work together to shape your product faster, clearer, and more effectively. Send me a message, and I’ll be more than happy to help.
