Excel Spreadsheet Creation for For Tracking Facebook Ads
Freelancer tried but didn't have the skills needed to reverse engineer equations on an excel sheet from a photo I provided. He submitted several tries but they were all not adding up to the same equations on the example I provided. He did try very hard but I think he got exhausted towards the end. He said he would try again but several days later, just submitted work for approval without fixing it. I think he just gave up without even communicating. In the end, the work just wasn't correct and I can't use it.
