I will oversee the minimum inventory levels in FBA/3PL to ensure timely replenishment to FBA, preventing stockouts. I will manage your IPI score and account health, determining the optimal number of units to send based on sales velocity. I will coordinate closely with suppliers and the logistics team to guarantee timely inventory delivery. I will conduct monthly stock validation with 3PL and suppliers. I will negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners regarding pricing and lead times.
