Lemon Law & Personal Injury Legal Assistant Leticia interviews very well; her profile demonstrates a high skill level and a seemingly easy transition if working for a new company based on her prior experience. However, when the work started, we unfortunately were quickly seeing things that were red flags to us, such as poor communication, uncertainty that she was working when we would see her offline at times throughout the day, and not much work to show for the time she spent with us.

Intake and Case Manager for Personal Injury Law Firm Leticia did not show up today (Friday) and has stopped responding to messages even though it shows her online. We asked if everything is okay, but no explanations or response. Past reviews reflect performance but still took a chance as she seemed promising. We will not leave a 1 star as we know it negatively impacts their account, but BEWARE. Hope all is well!
