Glide No-Code Developer Needed for Survey Screen (Urgent)
I hired Adebayo on April 6 for a small 2-page application, but the overall experience was disappointing.
The first milestone was completed around April 10, but it required significant guidance from my side, and the UI quality needed multiple revisions. For the second milestone (focused on improvements and corrections), the commitment level dropped noticeably.
Communication became inconsistent, with long periods of unavailability and frequent follow-ups needed. Despite multiple assurances, deadlines were repeatedly missed. At one point, he also suggested that I hire another freelancer mid-project due to limited availability.
The second milestone extended for around 15 days, but even after waiting patiently, more than half of the work remained incomplete. Additionally, feasibility concerns were raised for tasks that had already been discussed and agreed upon earlier.
While there was some effort to improve at times, the overall experience was impacted by poor communication, lack of reliability, and inconsistent commitment.
I would recommend better time management, clearer communication, and stronger accountability and learning before taking on future projects.
