Project details

Keep your Shopify or WooCommerce catalog accurate without waiting for the next large cleanup project. I provide structured monthly support for product uploads, price and inventory updates, collection maintenance, variant corrections, image handling, promotional setup, and catalog QA.

Each package covers a 30-day management period with a defined amount of working time: 10, 20, or 35 hours. You receive consistent formatting, a clear task queue, and a monthly report showing what changed, what was corrected, and what still needs a decision.

This service is designed for wholesalers, distributors, retailers, agencies, and growing brands that need dependable catalog operations but do not need a full-time ecommerce employee.

Hours are monthly working capacity and do not roll over. Requests beyond the purchased time can use the five-hour add-on or a separate contract. Theme development, custom coding, customer service, order fulfillment, payment processing, paid advertising, and unplanned emergency response are not included.

About Mousa

Mousa B.Status: Offline
Shopify & WooCommerce Catalog Specialist | CSV Imports & Data Cleanup
Warren, United States - 12:36 am local time
Wrong variants. Broken image URLs. Duplicate SKUs. A CSV that fails on import. I fix messy product catalogs and get them live on Shopify and WooCommerce — I've organized catalogs from 1,800 to 14,000+ SKUs, including B2B wholesale stores.

Most product-data problems are mapping problems. Your supplier sends a file built for a warehouse, not a storefront: sizes and colors in one cell, prices by the case, image filenames that match nothing, SKUs that repeat. Push that into Shopify and you get orphaned variants nobody can buy, and a support inbox. I take the file apart, rebuild it against the platform's actual import structure, test it on a small batch, then load it clean.

WHAT I HANDLE

• Bulk product uploads — Shopify, Shopify Plus and WooCommerce
• CSV cleanup, preparation, field mapping, imports and exports
• Product data migration between platforms
• SKU, variant, option and attribute normalization
• Collections, categories, taxonomy and product organization
• Image URL mapping and bulk media handling
• Pricing, inventory, metadata, redirects and post-import QA
• B2B case-pack pricing, wholesale tiers and account workflows
• Recurring catalog maintenance and store updates

WHERE MY EXPERIENCE IS DEEPEST

Wholesale and B2B. Six years inside retail and distribution businesses, not agencies. I ran the web presence for two brands in parallel and migrated a 14,000+ SKU catalog from a static HTML site onto a B2B ordering platform through structured CSV imports and data cleaning. I built the wholesale registration and approval workflows on both storefronts — they capture 20-25 new business accounts per day. Today I maintain an 1,800-product B2B catalog through scheduled CSV bulk imports.

If you sell by the case, by the pack, or to approved business accounts, I already understand why your catalog is harder than a normal store's.

I work in Excel and Google Sheets, document every mapping decision, and hand back the working files so your process stays maintainable without me. I also handle bilingual English-Arabic catalog data when supplier files or storefront content need it.

WHAT I DON'T DO

I'm not a Liquid or PHP developer. I don't write plugins, build custom themes from scratch, or run paid ads. If your project needs that, I'll tell you before work starts rather than learn on your budget.

Start small if you'd rather. I offer a paid 25-SKU import test that tells you exactly what's wrong with your data before you commit to the full job.

Send me your product file through Upwork — or just tell me your platform and roughly how many products and variants you have — and I'll tell you what the job actually involves.
