Provide backend operational support for motor carriers, including document organization, compliance tracking calendars, admin setup, communication templates, SOP creation, and load paperwork flow (not dispatching). High-value, low-drama work tailored to keep your operations organized and compliant.
Tier 1: Weekly Support
3 hours per week of focused admin support for documents, compliance updates, and templates. Flat rate: $150/week.
Tier 2: Monthly Retainer (Discounted with Project-Based Setup)
8 hours per month of ongoing admin support, SOP updates, compliance tracking, and templates. Discounted rate: $300/month when purchased with Project-Based Setup.
Tier 3: Monthly Retainer (New Clients / No Project Add-On)
8 hours per month of full monthly support for clients who did not purchase the Project-Based Setup. Rate: $500/month.
**Project-Based Setup (Optional Add-On)
One-time setup of folders, SOPs, workflows, and compliance tracking. Price: $600. Clients who purchase this setup can add the Monthly Retainer at $300/month. Without the setup, the retainer must be purchased at $500/month. New clients attempting the discounted rate without the setup will have orders canceled.
