Intake and access
You complete the requirements questionnaire and share view access to your current tools so I can assess what is already in place before the audit begins.
Operations audit
I review your tools, workflows, and systems — identifying gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies. This takes 1–2 days and shapes all recommendations.
