Started out hands-on, managing customer support, handling order issues, coordinating with suppliers, and keeping day-to-day workflows running smoothly. Over time, I also took on responsibility for organizing processes, improving workflows, and helping teams stay structured as workload increased.
Today, I work directly with U.S.-based businesses, supporting customer service and backend operations. This includes handling customer communication, resolving issues, managing orders, and making sure day-to-day operations don’t turn into bottlenecks.
I’ve also been involved in leading small teams when needed, helping with training, task coordination, and keeping work consistent without creating confusion.
