I'm Joan, an Executive VA, Research Specialist, and what some of my clients quietly call their "secret weapon." I'm based in Nairobi, I've got a Master's in Applied Linguistics, and I've spent the last few years working with founders, coaches, educators, and ministry leaders who are brilliant at what they do and absolutely swamped by everything around it.
Here's something a bit different about how I work: a good chunk of my clients don't need someone to just tick boxes, they need someone who understands how they works and builds systems around that. Not generic productivity templates. Actual systems that fit how you think, how you make decisions, and how you have your best days.
That said, you don't have to have ADHD to work with me. You just have to have too much going on. Which, if you're here, you probably do.
