Real Estate Cold Calling
Shaz is a fluent speaker but much of his work is undermined by his inability to effectively communicate with leadership. He was hired as a Cold Caller for outbound Real Estate calls. He does not do well taking constructive feedback and becomes combative. Lastly, I did an audit of his work and unfortunately he was found just not picking up several calls despite the lead answering the phone. In other recorded calls Shaaz was found having a conversation with someone else in his native language. I am not confident that he takes his work seriously.
