Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher Needed Tanzil is a good worker with strong work ethics and easy communication. However, our contract ended due to repeated issues: poor connection impacting customer experience and inaccurate time logging that led to overbilling. Despite addressing this in the first weeks, the issues persisted, and we could not continue.
