The deal we made and reason her chose you over the 53 applicants was what she wrote "I will utilize industry-leading keyword research tools like TubeBuddy and VidIQ to identify the best tags, hashtags, and keywords for your videos"
All she did was use chatgpt to generate a description and add very few to no tags. Also, the limited amount of tags she did add on a few videos are several words bunched together likethisinsteadof instead of the actual phrases as separate words. She then said her mentor taught her to use 15 keywords and I should trust her but I sent her 3 screenshots of "Done" videos she did that had 3, 8 and no change from what I wrote.
Optimized keywords have up to 500 characters which she didn't coming close to in any. This is very disappointing and a concerning business practice.
