You will be able to get quantifiable results regardless of the package you get. You will understand the difference between Markup and Margin, understand how cost changes impact your business, and successfully be able to categorize your sales so that you can track your profits by item.
Basic Project will include:
• Clean formatting of up to 100 products
• Formulas for: Cost, Price, Margin $, and Margin %
• Sortable table by category or SKU
• Delivered in a clean, branded Excel file
Standard Project includes everything in Basic, plus:
• Dynamic charting
• Margin % over time (if sales data provided)
• Top 10 high-margin vs low-margin products
• Category filters and slicers
• Highlight low-margin items (conditional formatting)
• Instructions tab so they can reuse the file
Advanced Project includes everything in Standard, plus:
• Custom KPIs (based on client’s biz model)
e.g., Gross Profit by Category, Cost Trends, Supplier Impact
• Built-in cost change tracker (e.g., if COGS shifts month to month)
• 60-min strategy call to review insights and give recommendations
• Email support for 5 days post-delivery
