One of the easier transitions is to help customers who understand their workflows or process builds and migrating those existing business processes into the new Salesforce Flow feature with training to compare the two automations.

I completed my Salesforce Process Automation Specialist superbadge in 2018 after several years of helping companies move the various types of setup into the Salesforce flow feature. For the past several years, I have helped customers with Flow setup from customer communication journeys, case SLA strategies, or screen-flows for lead generation for Sales teams, Customer online ordering processes through the community, or custom process flows working with native Salesforce features like Surveys or Lead Conversions, I have worked with all variations of Flows from scheduled flows, user event activated flows, and custom button actions or components from the UI. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping others learn the power this declarative tool offers while working just as well as apex coding for certain requests

I am also happy to evaluate requests for bulk actions in determining if Flows can handle certain workloads versus the need for Apex.
