I gave quite a tricky set of instructions for testing purposes and they had to be carried out perfectly because, in an ideal world, I would be the one to do the testing. I asked for 2 more rounds of testing after the first round and an in-person meeting (just to make sure we are on the same page). He completed all rounds without complaint and we came to a conclusion. I am so using him to now send (consolidate) the samples to me.
