Many companies use ServiceTitan every day but only use a small portion of what the system can actually do. I go through your pricebook, job types, payroll setup, reporting, workflows, and customer follow-up processes to identify gaps that may be slowing down operations or leaving money on the table.
The goal is to find areas where the system can be better organized or configured so it supports your business more effectively. This could include improvements to your pricebook structure, technician compensation setup, reporting visibility, workflow organization, and automation opportunities. I’ll also point out integrations or simple process changes that can reduce manual work and make your office and field teams operate more efficiently.
At the end of the audit, you’ll receive a clear list of recommendations showing what changes or improvements can be made so you can get more value out of your ServiceTitan system and run your business more efficiently.
