CLOUDFLARE MANAGEMENT
Emmanuel was responsive and communicated regularly throughout the project. He identified several email authentication issues involving SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and made changes to our DNS configuration.
However, the project was not fully resolved when the original scope concluded. I continued experiencing email delivery problems and ultimately had to complete significant portions of the troubleshooting and remediation myself, including correcting duplicate SPF and DMARC records and verifying proper email authentication.
I was also pressured to enroll in an ongoing quarterly maintenance program before the original deliverables had been fully completed, which I felt was premature given the outstanding issues.
Overall, communication was OK (there was a modest language barrier), but the final outcome did not meet my expectations for a completed DNS and email deliverability remediation project.
