I'll handle your Shopify store's customer support inbox for one week — all chat, email, and order-related tickets. Ideal for stores with 50–200 support requests per week.
What I will do each day
• Monitor your inbox throughout the day and respond to all incoming tickets within 4 hours
• Handle order inquiries, delivery questions, refund requests, and general customer questions
• Check Shopify order details directly to give customers accurate, real-time information
• Flag and escalate any issues that need your attention, such as payment disputes, high-value orders, or sensitive complaints, with a full summary so you are not going in blind
• Keep every ticket documented and tagged so your inbox stays organized throughout the week
