I will manage your Shopify customer support and daily operations to ensure your customers receive fast, clear, and reliable assistance throughout their entire order journey.
Using tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, and Shopify email support, I’ll handle and organize all customer conversations so every request is tracked and answered properly.
This includes responding to order inquiries, product questions, payment issues, and delivery updates, while also monitoring orders from purchase to delivery to keep customers informed and reduce “Where is my order?” requests.
I will also manage shipping problems such as delays or lost packages by coordinating with suppliers and carriers, and handle refunds, returns, disputes, and chargebacks in line with your store policies.
On top of that, I’ll identify recurring issues to improve your support system, reduce response time, and increase overall customer satisfaction.
