Stacks of PDFs - invoices, delivery notes, order confirmations, reports - and the data has to end up in Excel? Retyping costs hours and produces errors. A script does it in minutes, and you can re-run it whenever new PDFs arrive.
I build an extraction tool for YOUR document layout: it pulls exactly the fields you need - amounts, line items, dates, numbers, names - from all your PDFs and writes them into a clean, structured Excel file, including a second sheet with every line item if you want one.
You get the tool, a step-by-step guide and a test run on a few of your files first, so you can check the result before everything is processed. Running it later is one double-click. No programming knowledge needed.
Works with text-based PDFs. Scanned documents need OCR - that's included in the Advanced tier, and I'll tell you honestly how reliable it will be for your specific scans.
Confidential handling is a given, and anonymized or redacted samples are perfectly fine for building it.
