Iam a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Uganda Christian University. I aslo possess a post graduate degree in Information Technology and several self pace taught certifications in the field of information technology like Computer applications, IT Essentials, Website design, and MCSE.

I have been in active practice for about eight years in the field of Information Technology where I have accumulated hands-on skills and experience in computer networking and network administration with CISCO and other networking devices.

I also have working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, ACLs, VPNS and configuration of cisco routers and switches.

Over the years I have closely worked with teams to setup organisational networks and offer network support. My favourite part is having full control of the network and being in position to trouble shoot and avail solutions to the client.

Because of the frequency of interacting with clients I have gained an understanding of how to present findings to customers from a solutioneering perspective.
I also endeavour to present these solutions to non IT persons or company in the simpliest way so that both parties understand.

Iam a sociable person and love gadgets like computers and mobile devices.
